  • To enable live tracking of your route for patients and administrators.
  • To optimize task assignments and dispatch nearby jobs efficiently.
  • To provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETA) to patients.
  • To record the start and end locations of each task for operational records.

When Collection Happens: Location is collected from the moment you initiate or accept a task until it is marked as complete. This continues even if the App is minimized or the screen is off.

Consent: Users are presented with a prominent in-app disclosure and must provide explicit consent before location permissions, including background location access, are requested. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this will prevent the App’s core functionality.
